  1. Hi There,
I have a press release regarding a gluten-free product coming to the Wichita Target store. I'd love to forward the information along to you, is there an email address where I can send it?

    thanks!

  2. Dale,

Thanks for the list! Very handy. As for 'On the Border', I've had their 'street style mini tacos' a few different times, and have never had a bad end result. I also felt their meals were more flavorful than Carlos O'Kelleys. Anyway, my two cents :)

  4. I thought you might like a little info: I just called Hog wild to inquire about eating there. Our family has multiple allergies besides gluten. The manager read the rub ingredients to me and gluten is listed as an actual ingredient in the rub. All meats are rubbed with this.

  5. Have you heard of Wild Thyme? It just re-opened on the West side.

Good to know about Hog Wild - I eat there when back in Hutch a lot. I'll just stick with the potato skins I guess.

  6. What do you at BWW? I avoid that place like the plague (but I sure do miss it!)

  7. Kristen, I Did not know that Wild Thyme reopened.

BWW recently released info on their gluten free options. Have not been there yet.

  8. Jose Peppers on the east side has a gluten-free menu...just ask for it. I usually get the chicken enchilada with Chile con queso, substituting fruit for the rice.

At Dairy Queen, the grilled chicken salad is decent, and you can have any of their burgers without the bun, even the Flame Thrower.

Wendy's burgers are gluten free without the bun, and the new W's signature sauce is gluten free.

Don't forget Granite Ciy, too. They have a few options.
