I have tried many different types of gluten free bread...
The very best is
"Pamela's gluten free bread mix" We make it in the bread maker and you don't have to toast it for it to be good. It does not fall apart and is not too heavy.

runner up
a tie between "Whole foods gluten free bread." and "Jack's Redmill"
Jack's does not have to be toasted but falls apart more. Whole food's has to be toasted but has a great taste.
